When taking the initial brief, it was obvious time was of the essence. The client had been working from costly temporary london offices and every day was an expense they could do without. Our first task was to find them suitable accomodation on one level for their needs.
Once space was found, we created the initial concepts which included keeping the floor as open plan as possible with the feeling of space and light. Part of the brief was a boardroom and a meeting room, a reception, coffee/breakout and main office. Meetings were quite sensitive so we new we would have to subdivide the space to reach the correct sound attenuation levels.
The solution was simple. Full height seamless glass walls which give the feeling of open plan working with the sound beneifits of solid walls. Bright off white walls, nutural furniture, high gloss units and wood look flooring finish off the look perfectly.
