The Brief: To completely remove the existing washrooms to raise the number of cubicles and to withstand unusually high usage.

SSY presented us with brief to completely remove their existing washrooms throughout their offices and create a modern contemporary new look but still being able to withstand continual high usage from their large volume of employees.

Solution
We created a contemporary design that made full use of the areas available with plenty of mirrors and modern lighting to create a feel of space. With aluminum effect high pressure cubicle systems and paneled walls with large granite tiled floors and finished off with modern silver fittings.

A new perforated metal ceiling housed the new air conditioning and ventilation along with a solid contrasting border to allow for a full length wall wash of light. Directional flush spotlights picked out the modern wall hung toilet pans and contemporary circular sinks. Chrome wall mounted button flushes, glass shelves and glazed urinal dividers set off the look along with stainless steel integral hand dryers and soap dispensers.

A new shower area completed with non slip heat sealed flooring and tiled walls.

DDA Compliancy
We installed double sized disabled cubicles fully compliant with pull cord visual and audio alarms, alternate colour back panels for the partially sighted complete with Doc M pack and extra wide cubicle doors.
