The Brief: To completely strip out the run down building and create a lettable modern space on a very tight budget
Putney High Street is a vibrant trendy area of South West London and is attracting a diverse range of businesses that need to be within easy reach of Central London without paying the high square footage costs.
The brief for KLC was to transform three floors of a dilapidated building into a light, airy space which would attract modern businesses whilst working to a very tight budget.
All the ceilings were replaced, new lighting installed, blown plaster to walls replaced, new wood flooring installed and total redecoration throughout has created a very desirable space in keeping with the local area.
