Heritable Bank
The Brief: To design a modern layout space plan and supply and install a range of furniture for 70 staff.
Heritable Bank had taken 5500 sq ft and needed to accommodate 70 people plus meeting and breakout areas. KLC were asked to provide space planning as well as suggest suitable furniture and storage to accommodate their desire for an uncluttered open plan office within a low level ceilinged building.
We took the facilities manager to several showrooms and our recommendations were approved.
Deliveries were arranged to fit the clients schedule and out fitters completed the whole installation including the removal of all packaging in two days. This allowed the client to resume operations earlier than anticipated.
