British Lead
The Brief: To design a modern yet hard wearing open plan space that will age well and last for another 20 years
British Lead have an impressive lead production and recycling facility near St Albans in hertfordshire. Back in the 1980s, part of their warehouse was converted into offices but up until now, had not been updated
KLC's brief was simple, to create a light open plan space that is both practical and modern and will not date quickly.
The solution is a high end space incorporating good quality bespoke veneered columns, mixed with cream leather upholstery and contemporary lighting.
The solution was natural tones mixed with modern hard wearing materials to withstand the next twenty years of use.
A complete strip-out, followed by KLC's turkey design, build and furniture service including washrooms, breakout, M&E, exterior windows and signage.
A very successful project completed in just 12 weeks.
