| Kent Space - Our brief was to create a bright and modern business centre with a classy finish. This involved completely stripping out 12500 square foot of offices and redesigning the layout to create 22 new business suites with access control systems, independent air conditioning and heating. Other works included a new reception, retail unit, washrooms and breakout coffee area along with exterior works including respraying the entire building, replacing all of the windows and doors and landscaping the gardens and carparks. The final result was an impressive building with that no longer resembles the 70s with modern touches of design and upto date technology. |
