Like recycled or natural materials, and organic non-volatile paints and wiring, triple glazed windows with anti sun window films, A rated M&E (mechanical & electrical) equipment i.e air conditioning systems, heating systems, kitchen & coffee point appliances etc.

An office layout that makes the most use of natural light and air.

Sustainable Lighting

High Frequency lighting with longer life lamps, energy consumption can drop by 75%, lamp life increases from around 2k hours to around 10k hours, Use PIR sensors on lights to ensure lights are only on where people need them.

Sustainable furniture

We supply some great ranges of modern 100% recycled & recyclable furniture, and naturally using more sustainable materials for example veneered boardroom tables.

PIR flush regulators on all urinals, sensors on hand taps with automatic thermostats, PIR lighting in cubicles. Natural stone tiling.

Recycling Programme

A number of our manufacturers offer to take back their products when your finished with them and recycle them for example suspended ceiling tiles and carpet tiles.

Carbon Neutral Products

A number of our suppliers can supply information on how their products have a carbon neutral trail. They offset their footprint in manufacturing the products.

A sustainable office can use 25% less energy which should cover any additional costs in purchasing sustainable materials within the first year.
